Exchange

  • We allow a one-time exchange per product category to ensure you find the perfect fit and better understand our brand's sizing.
  • Exchange Request will be offered within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Customer is responsible for sending the product back to us for processing.
  • To initiate an exchange, please email us at innovationgarment123@gmail.com, provide all the necessary details.
  • No exchange request will be catered for the sale orders.

Return

  • We do not offer returns.
  • Email us at innovationgarment123@gmail.com including your order number and clear details of the defect.
  • For defective items, we will arrange for the product to be picked up by our logistics team.
  • Once we receive the defective item, we will promptly inspect it and provide a resolution.
  • No return request will be catered for the sale orders.

Annual brand Sale Rules:

  • All Sales Are Final. Please note that items purchased during the sale are non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be exchanged.
  • No Cash on Delivery. Cash on delivery is not available for sale orders. All orders must be prepaid.
  • Discount Exclusions: Existing store credits and coupon codes will not be valid during the sale period.
